The Project is designed with a long-term vision and structured into three key phases:
Phase 1 (2025–2030): Foundation Building and Standardization – Establishing a solid foundation to ensure that English is used regularly and systematically within the educational environment;
Phase 2 (2030–2035): Expansion and Intensification – Promoting more frequent and extensive use of English across academic and professional activities;
Phase 3 (2035–2045): Consolidation and Enhancement – English is used naturally, with the development of a comprehensive English-use ecosystem in education, communication, and university governance.
NLU proactively focuses on capacity building, upgrading facilities, and improving training programs. All faculties, functional departments, and affiliated units of NLU are responsible for closely coordinating to effectively implement the objectives of the Project.
